Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Tingqun Zhang. Because we primarily offer original artworks, one-of-a-kind pieces, and limited artistic works, all sales are subject to the policy below.

1. Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • original artworks

  • one-of-a-kind pieces

  • commissioned works

  • custom-made or personalized items

  • limited-edition artworks

  • sale items

  • gift cards

  • digital products, if any

Please review all product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Only

We only consider replacement or refund requests if an item arrives:

  • damaged in transit

  • materially defective

  • incorrect due to our error

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eagleflar.llc@gmail.com.

Your message must include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the original packaging

  • any visible shipping label, if applicable

Failure to contact us within this time frame may result in denial of your claim.

3. No Returns for Artistic Variations

Please note that the following are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange:

  • differences in color caused by screen or monitor settings

  • minor variations in texture, tone, finish, or brushwork

  • natural characteristics of handmade or original artworks

  • subjective dissatisfaction with style, composition, or appearance after delivery

Because each artwork may have unique artistic and handmade characteristics, slight variations are normal and are part of the nature of original art.

4. Claim Review and Resolution

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If we determine that your claim is valid, we may, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • a replacement, if available

  • a repair solution, where appropriate

  • a partial refund

  • a full refund

We reserve the right to request additional information before making a decision.

5. Return Authorization

If we determine that a return is necessary, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped in accordance with our instructions. We are not responsible for items returned without authorization, incorrectly packaged returns, or returns lost or damaged in transit.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine that the issue resulted from our error.

If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or shipment error, we will determine whether return shipping will be covered or whether another resolution is more appropriate.

7. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused, returned as unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charge, return shipping charge, handling costs, and any carrier fees from any refund, where applicable.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issue regarding an order.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to seek resolution may delay the review of your case and may affect the outcome of the claim where permitted by applicable law.
